inspiration!

These photos are just some of my summer inspiration. The weather here has been... well lets just say HORRIBLE! Rain, rain, and more rain. I'm sorry I haven't been on top of my posting but with school and the whole college/work process my life has just been the definition of hectic. And this horrible weather doesn't help at all either. As soon as it becomes nice out you can count on some pretty cute outfits that'll resemble the looks above! The whole hippie, distressed, just rolled out of bed, sheer, lace, and cute look is what I'm aiming for this summer. I just lOVE everything about it! ESPECIALLY the maxis and DESTROYED denim shorts! <3 <3 <3

wooahhh woaaahhhh woahhh. So i was searching the web and I happened to come across the GORGEOUS heels! There's just one problem... I don't know who makes them! If anyone knows, please inform me! :)

the rainbow fishtail

So this fishtail braid = perfection! The colored extensions on the model are glued into her head but if I ever wanted to do this, I wouldn't want to glue crazy colors like that into my hair! I'm thinking of trying this with colored clip in extensions though! It would look so totally rad in the summer like in a messy fishtail braid. I'm just thinking of it now... amazinnngggg.

greek goddess!

The weather has been spectacular these past few days and, as quoted by a fellow classmate, I went for the greek goddess look. I guess I can see that because of the white toga looking dress and brown braided belt and sandals. I guess I'll take it as a compliment! :) 

This fringe bag I have had for YEARS! The fringe never goes out of style and accompanies every look so well! It gives all of my plain jane outfits a little extra push and style. It is the ultimate essential for summer. Because it is so old, it has the perfect amount of wear and tear to it (totally cute).

BTW I got this dress in the white color AND the navy color, both are adorable!

First things first. The weather today is BEAUTIFUL! And the shorts are SO cute! I love the navajo/baja look to them. Thats def. been my favorite trend for this summer! 

My necklace and booties were presents from my lovely boyfriend! LOVE him! hahaha He knows me so well! <3

This is just a sneak peak of the MS Fashion Show featuring Saks Fifth Avenue! All the proceeds went to the foundation that help find the cure for the disease MS. I was very honored to be asked to walk in it! I had SO much fun (I even bought one of the dresses I had to wear)! Once I get the professional pictures I'll definitely put them up!
